I have a problem with the piece (collar) that fits over the diverter(?) for hot/cold temps, was about 1/16-1/8 too small. Now I'm trying to exchange the part.

Plastic Cheap Sprayer Not worth it The money you spend on this. Please read the description in detail, including the fine print sprayer has a plastic hose that is hard to unkink as well as the sprayer itself is plastic cheap cheap. Save your money.

Buyer beware!! Poor design/installation option
Very disappointing!! Beware this product ONLY allows for installation with the handheld sprayer on the left hand side. Even though the instruction pictures and the rough in valve has ports on both sides, after multiple customer service calls we were informed that the right hand port does not work. Why would the pictures be wrong, why would there be a third port that is not capped off? Needed to tear out my shower wall to fix the problem. I will never buy or install another delta product after this poor experience.

I bought this shower system for a newly renovated bathroom shower. I ordered this in black. I love the sleek design and am so pleased with the rain shower! I am able to adjust the angle of the shower to fit our needs. My husband and I are older so we appreciate the hand held feature option when showering while seated.

This shower system is high quality and looks fantastic in our new bathroom. The oversize showerhead is a pleasure and the hand unit is a bonus.
Note that the valve can only be used for overhead or handheld - you cannot use both at once.

Do the shower cans rotate on the Black matte with separate wand?

The included showerhead has a ball connection to pivot or rotate. And the hand shower mount can pivot forward.

Only cold water is coming out of the rain head and handheld device. Is there something in the diverter that needs to be turned on.to allow hot water?
In your response to Carrie regarding the addition of a tub spout, you state that it would have to be added separately. Can you elaborate on how that can be done? The system as packaged for Lowes includes the R22000 series diverter valve rough.

The R22000 / R22000WS will not work with a tub filler. These valves are designed to work only with multiple showerheads and hand showers and will not support the amount of flow needed for a tub spout.
