Rated 1 out of 5 by from Item does not match product photos or spec sheet Please note that the product photos and spec sheet show the wrong version of the faucet. They show the old version, which is no longer in stock. Instead, I received the new model, which has completely different dimensions (9” reach vs 7”). Based on other reviews, it appears I’m not the only one who’s faced this issue. When I explained this to the customer care department, they ignored my explanation, saying “I am sorry that you purchased a product that you no longer need.” Additionally, it appears that I’m responsible for covering return shipping, which is ridiculous given this was Delta’s mistake.

Ordered this faucet for the 4th time from Delta- was ordered through reputable plumbing supply houses, 3 times before- each time Delta replaced it with a similar faucet but longer spout ( 9” when spec sheet showed 7” length and pictured was the smaller faucet too) I need the smaller faucet, one pictured above! I specifically spoke to rep on phone before ordering and told them what previously happened. They assured me it was the faucet pictured with a 7”” spout. The spec sheet showed 7””. I payed for express shipping only to be disappointed again!!! Not only wrong faucet but had to PAY to ship back for a refund!!! Delta did a bait and switch 4 Times! Meanwhile I have over $2,500 invested in bathroom fixtures - (shower fixtures installed - can’t return)- and no faucet to match !!! Has been over 5 months without a functional bathroom sink and out plumbers fees, and cost of materials!!! I am hoping they see this review and will rectify.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The handle keeps dropping off It's great - other than the handle keeps falling off. After you put it back on give it a few uses and then it falls off in someones hand again. And its not something you want to permanently fit on there with glue or something just incase

Rated 1 out of 5 by from May look good, but it is cheap and doesn't work well With the water regulator, the water trickles and the flow splits. Without the regulator it's noisy and the water splits. New filters don't help, water flow splits. New spout doesn't help, water flow splits. Buy at your own risk. Spend more and get a better quality faucet or you'll end up having to remove it all and start over... in my case tiler and plumber fees.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Handles keep coming off I ordered two of these faucets in the Champagne gold, but every time you turn it on it loosens the handle part and they both pop off ever 10 or so uses (Basically they come off once a week). I then have to put it back on and tighten the screw with an Allan wrench. I tighten it as hard as o possibly can. I can’t help but feel like I must be doing something wrong with how often they pop off, otherwise it’s just a huge design flaw. Help please!

Is stainless same as brilliance stainless?

Is this watercolor strong enough for a bathtub ?

I have a T3559LF-BLWL faucet. I have changed my backsplash and need an extension of the spout flange. I need to add back an inch. Do you make a flange in Matt black that is an inch thick?
