Rated 5 out of 5 by from beautiful faucets I looked at MANY versions and glad we found these as the are resonable for elegant simple design. One thing to note -- the faucet arch is not super wide and i meant for near the tub edge. WE wente trhoguh the lip of our tub andit is perfect that way.

It was a good choice because it meshed with the traditional, as well as the transitional fixtures in the rest of the room. The quality of the product is superb, which I expect from a Delta product.

The Classic Roman set T4705 with hand Shower is on my tub. The faucet reach its too short for the width of tub edge. What similar set can I use for replacement that will have 2" more reach and work on the existing rough in kit?

The lift handle for the shower head came out and will not tread back in. Was told that the treads on the valve wear out over time. How do I go about replacing the valve and what part do I need to order. It is a T4705-SS. Thanks

Which diverter valve is needed for this kit? My lever to switch water from faucet to handheld came out. As much as I try to push down while screwing back in, it won't connect. So I might need to order another diverter but need part number.

Can the faucet handles be mounted on the wall above the spout or do they need to be mounted in same plane of the spout? Second question: how far away from the spout can the hand shower be mounted?

You can install your hand shower where you prefer, if you need a longer hose we do offer a 7' foot leader hose that can be purchased separately. My cold water is down to a trickle. What and how do I remove something to clean out possible debris?

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your question regarding T4705! We do not currently have a how-to video on flushing a roman tub trim, however, I have included instructions below: 1. To flush, please first turn off the water supply to the faucet. 2. Remove the set screws on the sides of your handles with your 3/32" Allen wrench. 3. Once both handles have been removed, with the wrench, unscrew the bonnet nuts counter-clockwise to remove them. 4. Then, you should see the seats and springs. These would need to be removed as well. Next is the flushing instructions: 1. Please place a towel around the backside of the faucet. 2. Place the bucket over the top of the end valve, have someone hold the bucket. 3. Turn on water supplies and flush the water for about 30 seconds to a minute, both hot and cold. 4. Shut off water supplies and proceed to reinstall the parts in reverse. Is T4705-SS an ADA compliant model with 1.75 gpm through the handshower? I'm interested in a stainless T4705-25 (not ADA compliant with 2.5 gpm through the handshower). What would be the right model number?

T4705-SS 8 yrs. old original install by registered Delta plumber. Water temperature varies while using handheld shower. Diverter valve was cleaned and lightly greased with silicone grease. Will a new diverter valve fix this issue?
