Rated 1 out of 5 by from Installer says this unit is trash Bought the Windhiorst Roman tub faucet with showerhead from Lowe's with the required rough in. The plumber who came and installed it today (actually they spent 3hr on it yesterday and then the owner came today and spent another 3hr) said this was the biggest piece of trash he's ever installed in 30+yr. He was surprised it had the Delta name on it. He said he only works with Delta and his vendor (selling Delta commercial product not retail) sells Delta above all others. He said several of the gaskets were either missing or in backwards; one of the plungers in the valve stem was missing something so he basically had to take it all apart and build it back up because it kept leaking Everytime he would go to test it. We used it the first time tonight and the showerhead has almost no water pressure at all ..not sure what the remedy is for that, and when you push back down the showerhead diverter, the water keeps flowing out of the showerhead so you have to lay the wand down and turn the water off on both H&C handles. Totally disappointed in this purchase. People say you get what you pay for but this was far from a cheap purchase and was from a reputable and trusted brand. I'd return the darn thing but we waited 3wk for install and I have 6hr in labor already tied up in this darn thing so I think we are just stuck with a bathtub faucet that is way below expectations.. Side note, the plumber did also say he's pretty confident that on down the road, I will have leak issues which also makes me feel really good about the purchase. I guess I have to sell the house now and let it be somebody else's problem! Not good Delta.

I had it put on my tub yesterday and my 7 year old grandson noticed I had two H's on my faucet heads instead of an H and a C. I would like to get a C to put on my cold side of my faucet

We have this without the shower assembly and get no better than lukewarm water even after letting it run. All other plumbing fixtures produce normal hot water except this. Water flow when running col, hot or both is acceptable. Is there an adjustment?

1.  Does the spout swivel? 2.  What is size of the base plate under the spout? 3. What is the center to center spacing between the spout hole and the pull-up hole.? Please send me a cut sheet on the mounting dimensions.

I have installed the R4707PX and am using the T4797 with H697 handles. I cannot get either the hot or cold to shut off completely either with or without the handles installed

How do you remove and clean the water straightener in the T4732.  Water is restricted

A replacement straightener and wrench are available as part number RP82534. The straightener can be cleaned, before or after removal, by soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing. Have a Two Handle Roman Tub Trim Model T-47. When water is turned on at low volume everything works fine. As volume is increase water starts coming out the hand shower. The higher volume the more the flow.

I purchased the Woodhurst T-4732 in chrome in October 21, 2021. The faucet handles turns completely around. When removed, the plastic stop screwed to the underside of handle is broken (the tab that keeps it from going around). Can I order a replacement?

I bought the Woodhurst #T4732 along with valve R4707. My old trim had round acrylic handles. I don't have clearance for lever handles. Would the Metal Cross or Helo handles work with my Woodhurst without any special modificaitons?

Is there an issue with using this faucet mounted to granite with an under mount tub? I am being told by my contractor that it won't work because of the screws - he says we need a "deck mount with no screws" Does this seem correct?

Does the T4732 come with the Lift Rod Assembly (RP100153) or the Finial & Stud (RP100152)? The spec sheet seems to suggest the former. If so, what's the suggested application if the Lift Rod Assembly is not utilized. Can the Finial be used instead?

Can you install this faucet in a Roman Tub which is currently fitted with a spout and two faucets?  In other words, can you add the hand-held sprayer to the configuration if the tub does not already have an area cut out for it?
