Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dripping Handheld Beautiful faucet, but the handheld drips heavily whenever the water is turned on for the main faucet. If I hold pressure on the valve stem, the dripping stops, then resumes as soon as pressure is removed. Obviously, the valve does not securely close. A lesser issue is that the tub filler does not ever completely close off the hot water such that only cold water flows. Tub filler was installed by a professional plumber.

I have hated this faucet since the moment I took my first bath using it. The water comes out at such a fast/hard speed that if you place anything under the stream, even just your hand, water goes flying in all directions. In the short amount of time we've had it, it's started leaking (from the main area where water comes out). We've messed with it a few times on our own and it's stopped but now it is a steady drip and we're having to spend money by calling a plumber. I can't believe we spent this obscene amount of money on such a worthless product.

What is the GPM on the tub filler?

Thank you for your question, TKerr23! Model T4756-CZLHP-FL flows at a rate of 6-9 gallons per minute with the pressure balanced cartridge, and 10-12 GPM using the high flow cartridge, depending on your household water pressure. Best Regards, Benjamin

Where can I get a replacement screw for this ? The housing for the lever falls off as the screw on the side is missing .

Can the handshower wand be substituted with one from another collection?

IVE INSTALLED THIS UNIT BUT IT HAS LOTS OF SLOP IN THE STALK AND I DONT SEE ANY WAY TO TIGHTEN THIS. FEELS UNCONNECTED WHICH IT SHOULDNT AT THIS PRIEPOINT.

Can I reduce the water flow to a trickle and retain the water temp with this filler?

Hi LaH72, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T4756-SSLHP-FL. The included hand shower has a pause setting to reduce the flow to a trickle while maintaining the temperature to the hand shower. This has a single handle to turn on the tub filler and control the temperature. As the handle is moved toward off, the temperature will lower. Please reach out with any additional questions!
