How far should the hand spray pull out? Mine only comes out about 2".

Hi Brenda, Thank you for your question. The length that the hand shower pulls out will depend on how far from the spout the hand shower is installed. The leader hose and hand shower hose together will provide about 6 feet of reach from the spout. How do you switch from faucet and hand shower?

The lift rod has pulled out of the back and I am unable to use the hand shower. How do I fix this?

How far does the handheld shower wand hose extend?

Hi, Thank you for your question. While we do not offer a longer Roman Tub hand shower hose, we do have a longer leader hose available. Can this be installed as a bathroom sink faucet? If so, are there any other parts I would need to buy to be able to use as bathroom sink?
