Hi Kim, Thank you for your question. The spout on the model 4759-RB measures 8" from the faucet centers to the middle of the water flow out of the spout. What color is the metal hose that comes with the black faucet?

I ordered one from an orange big box company and it came with a chrome hose. I think they had it dropshipped from Delta. Should I return it to them? Or should I work with Delta's customer service?

Hi.  Can the handshower be installed on either side of the faucet.  My client is interested in having the handshower on the left, but the spec’s snd manuals do not provide any information about this. Thanks!

The dsp-b-r4707_D rough in kit hose does not match the Brilliance Stainless color. The hose is a chrome color. Do you have a Stainless hose to match the wand?

Other than the rough-in kit, what else needs to be purchased for a new bath install? Overflow plate? Drain plug?

My tub has old Delta faucet and hand shower. the plumber said that he could not replace unless it was a delta. my faucet leaks and the hand shower doesn't work. Would this be a suitable replacement to exchange from the outside? There is no other access

What tub mount valve kit , I just received r2700 doesn't the body sprayer have it own valve ? It's for T4759--R

What is the correct rough in valve for T2759 SS? I have a R2700 from 1991, it has an outer diameter of about 5/8" while the spout has an inner diameter of about 3/4". It is LOOSE.

Hello, Thank you for your question! The T2759 trim kit utilizes the R2700 rough-in valve and model T4759 uses the R4707 rough-in valve since it uses a hand shower. T4759-CZ Just received this beauty. Love it. It'll look great on freestanding tub. The hose on the hand-held sprayer is silver. Hose on our sprayer on the shower unit is champagne bronze. Is this a mismatched piece or silver for a reason

I want to avoid having a hole in the tub deck. I've had previous experience with water leaking into the area below the tub. Can the hand shower be mounted on the wall? If so what accessories are required. If not do you have other models that can be.

What does the plunger work I don't see the drain or the stopper or the drain flow assembly, but I do see the pluger. It's not attached to anything what is the accessory stopper system?

I broke my lift rod and fenial for my delta 4759bl . I looked up the delta part number for that part and it shows rp74325bl . When I look online for that part it comes up as a robe hook .

My handheld Roman shower trim does not sit secure inside the tub beauty ring. Am I missing an angle piece for the shower head to sit in. Currently, my handheld shower head is sitting awkwardly in the beauty ring. Am I missing something? Is there a part #?
