I like the faucet except the tub filler has a screw to tighten it at the back and if you’re installing in an alcove as I am there is no room to tighten the screw at the back of the filler extremely aggravating still have not resolved it

Cheap Quality - Broke within 2 uses
Sprayer Handle broke at elbow after only 2 uses. Now we are not able to use the handle and can only use the tub filler.

cheap plastic in elbow
Loved this for a short time then BOOM! while using the handheld sprayer one day the sprayer broke free from the "elbow" part. You can imagine the mess the water made flying free like a snake in the wind until I snapped to it and turned off the water..

Handheld sprayer
Do I need to hold the diverter on the faucet up in order for the handheld shower to work, or should the lift rod stay in the open position by itself?

How long is the hose for the handheld shower? If it's shorter than 3 feet, do you make any longer hoses compatible with this faucet? If so, please list the part numbers. Thanks!

There have been a number of negative reviews online about the Dryden hand shower due to the lift rod not staying engaged. Is this a problem with all the hand showers, a water pressure problem or something else?

Thank you for your question. The diverter of the Delta Ashlyn Roman Tub T4764 model is designed to stay engaged until the water pressure from the hand shower has been cut off. I need to replace an old delta with 5-hole. There is a handle for the sprayer. Which set should I buy?
Thank you for your question, Pcalil! Any current Delta Faucet roman tub trim should work as a replacement, provided the set screw is located in the back of the original spout. You most likely have a transfer valve for a total of three handles, hot, cold and a diverter handle that switches between the tub spout and hand shower. At this time we no longer offer entire trim kits that offer a transfer valve and handle however these can be used in conjunction with the other roman tub trims.

fast fill roman tub faucet
I'm look for a roman tub faucet with a fast fill for a whirlpool tub, like 10 gallons minimum per min or better. I'd love a waterfall faucet. Best suggestions please?
