Diverter for spray wand broken
The diverter knob on the back of the faucet has come off rendering the spray wand useless as the rod is unable to be pulled up to divert the water. Is there a known repair?

Spray wand leaks down shaft
Just got this installed and it looks nice but took the plumber a long time to install. However, the spray wand continues to flow while filling the tub. Water should only come through the spray wand when we engage it to use it!? When the spray wand is in position and the tub faucet filler is on, I don't want water diverting into my spray wand, ad then water goes down the pipe hose into my ceiling space. Plumber installing the faucet had no solutions to fix. I wish their was some type of gasket under the spray wand feed to stop water leaking back into the ceiling space?

Spray Wand Issues Persist
Great looking product and most everything about the setup is great. However, the spray wand continues to flow while filling the tub. Doesn't appear to be sticking in the open postion. Seems it only flows with the cold faucet on. Plumber installing the faucet had no solutions to fix.

Looks good but no spray pressure
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice but the problem is the sprayer. The pull up diverter has come off twice now and the Allyn wrench needed is a hard to find size. The sprayer it'self looks fine but has so little pressure it can't really do its job. Overall disappointed but if you have a small budget at least it looks good

Q&A
In the new square design, how do you install the diverter pull that fits into the faucet head? They are too far apart to connect. Trick to this? Directions don’t match to product received.

How do I adjust the heat on this faucet? It doesn’t get nearly hot enough and this is not a problem for other faucets nearby.

What size holes are required thru a granite tub deck?

I have the Roman Tub Faucet with the wand. The wand trim doesn’t thread on. Is this the norm? How should I move forward?

Are the handles suppose to rotate 180 degrees or 90 degrees?
Hi Tam2020! Thank you for your question! The handles for your roman tub rotate a full 180 degrees or 90 degrees. The RP25513 stem unit comes with a 1/4 turn stop which by default only rotates a handle 90 degrees. If you remove this piece the handles will rotate a full 180 degreees.

Delta sent a new diverter because the wand leaked, but the new one leaked more; however, I noticed that if I do not screw the diverter in completely, the leak is remedied. Will it come apart if the diverter is only halfway screwed in?
