Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst thing in my whole bathroom remodel is the Delta Stryke stainless finish This tub filler is called brilliance stainless finish. DO NOT GET THIS FINISH! It is water spotted to the extreme even on first day of use. In addition it is so overwhelmingly huge and boxy! It does not look elegant over freestanding tub. It's all you see when you look into the new remodel. The water spotting is so cheap looking.

How do I turn the water temperature up in this faucet? How do I remove the plug to get to the allen screw

ordered the T4776--FL in matte black from Build.Com. Sonya Tate. Our stone was delayed and we just used faucet in tub, though the order was 2020. faucet (head)leaked first time we used it. Plumber said faulty. No repair.

During the first few days you use your faucet, a small amount of debris may be flushed out of your pipe system. This happens even though the plumber flushes the pipes before completing work on your home. In addition, particles of solder, copper chips, plumber's tape and other installation materials can get caught in aerators and shower heads. After using the handshower and going back to the tub filler, water is still running out of the handshower and down the handle onto the floor. Is there some way to adjust the diverter so water is completely shut off from hand shower after using it?

Can volume and temperature operate independently on this faucet? If so, how do you adjust the temperature?

WHAT IS THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF THIS TUB FILLER?

Can this faucet have the valve on the left vs the right as depicted in the installation manual?  If so, does the water inputs need to be turned around (on the floor mount hardware)? Is there any issue with flipping the faucet spout in other direction?

does this faucet come any shorter?

I had this installed about 3 years ago and it has been great. This afternoon my wife ran a bath but when she tried to shut water off it will cut off about 50% of the flow. I had to go shut my main off ? What do I need to fix this ? Also the handle Allen

Can you please tell me somewhere that actually carries this with the lumicoat stainles? I have searched many of the places listedon the site that it says carry the product. None of them have "lumicoat". We are trying to buy the set all lumicoat.

is this faucet meet the asse 1070 standard ?

The T4776-FL Delta tub filler does meet the ASSE 1070 standard because the cartridge does have a rotational limit stop that can be adjusted to regulate the water temperature. Can the Stryke Roman tub filler be used with Pex tubular plumbing water supply?

Please note, our R4700-FL valve without stops will need a 3/8" inch sweat coupling or fitting. Our R4700-FLWS uses a 1/2" NPT inlet if you are using a 1/2" inch. We appreciate your inquiry. Hi, My plumber appears to have connected the water lines backwards. Hot water comes out of the filler if the handle is slightly moved down and cold water comes out if the handle is moved all the way down. Is there a quick fix for this?

The product is beautiful but I do have one question I’ve only used it once and the water is Luke warm when it comes out I have a instant hot attached to my hot water heater so this water coming out should be really hot like it is in our shower

First I would like to have you turn your water heater down to 120 degrees or lower, this allows for the water heater to kick on and stay hot. Have had this tub filler for about a year. The biggest issue is I would like to be able to switch from the hand shower to the main faucet without having to turn off the water. Can you explain how that can be done?

Hi glacier28, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T4776-FL. Pulling the diverter should change the water flow to the hand shower and stop the tub spout. If there is an issue with diverting the water, we recommend cleaning or replacing the diverter assembly RP74810. To access the diverter, the hand shower holder is removed. There is a set screw on the bottom side of the coupling portion of the holder assembly that must be loosened with a 3/32" Allen wrench. When I turn handle on, it is hot first and as you turn on further it gets to cold. I used r4700flws rough in valve. I have rough in facing tub side as valve shows. Hot water hooked to hot side, and cold water hooked to cold side. Any way to fix?
