The worst thing in my whole bathroom remodel is the Delta Stryke stainless finish
This tub filler is called brilliance stainless finish. DO NOT GET THIS FINISH! It is water spotted to the extreme even on first day of use. In addition it is so overwhelmingly huge and boxy! It does not look elegant over freestanding tub. It's all you see when you look into the new remodel. The water spotting is so cheap looking.

The specs say the flow rate is 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. That seems incorrect. What is the flow rate?

Thank you for your question. The Delta T4776-FL Tub Filler hand shower has a flow rate of 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. The tub filler itself has a flow rate of 10 gpm @ 60 psi.

Should I grease the six o rings on the stubs?

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend to grease the o-rings for the Delta T4776-FL Tub Filler Faucet. The o-rings have their own lubricant. Adding grease to the o-rings may dry out the o-rings.

Can volume and temperature operate independently on this faucet? It seems my choices are high-volume flow hot water or low-volume flow cold water. Is that correct? I can't add a trickle of hot water when the water in the tub is cooling.

Thank you for your question. The Delta T4776-FL Faucet does not offer volume control. Water comes out full volume no matter what temperature the handle is rotated to.

Can this faucet have the valve on the left vs the right as depicted in the installation manual? If so, does the water inputs need to be turned around (on the floor mount hardware)? Is there any issue with flipping the faucet spout in other direction?

Our Delta T4776-RBFL has a Rigid spout that does not swivel, and we do not recommend flipping the unit to use the handle on the left side.

Hi, My plumber appears to have connected the water lines backwards. Hot water comes out of the filler if the handle is slightly moved down and cold water comes out if the handle is moved all the way down. Is there a quick fix for this?

The water supply lines on our Delta Faucet STRYKE® Stryke® Single Handle Floor Mount Tub Filler Trim In Venetian Bronze MODEL#: T4776-RBFL would need to hooked up properly to provide cold when turned on and hot when pulled completely forward, unfortunately, there is no other way to swap the lines.

The product is beautiful but I do have one question I’ve only used it once and the water is Luke warm when it comes out I have a instant hot attached to my hot water heater so this water coming out should be really hot like it is in our shower

Our Delta Faucet STRYKE® Single Handle Floor Mount Tub Filler Trim MODEL#: T4776-RBFL allows for hot water from the instant hot water heater at the temperature it provides, If this is not what your receiving please see troubleshooting below.
First I would like to have you turn your water heater down to 120 degrees or lower, this allows for the water heater to kick on and stay hot. Also, I would like to have you turn off the hot and cold and turn them both on equally, this will make sure there is no cross flow from the cold waterside.
