Nice but don't love!
The Delta Strike tub filler is nice over all but do not like the hand held sprayer. The spray is not direct it's wide spread and not enjoyable. May change hand held to improve over all tub experience.

Problem with Handle
I do really love the tub filler, it works great… until the handle falls off, I have re set the set screw several times and now it is just stripped out. After turning the tub of I have to take the handle off the try and get it to go back on to turn it off. I don’t know if we can just replace the cartridge or have to simply install a new one. My home is just over a year old. My entire house has Delta fixtures but this is the only faulty one.

Looks Great. Shower head drips after use.
Was really excited to get this beautiful tub filler installed. However I am disappointed that when you use the shower head and the turn the water off, water runs out of the shower head so you have to leave the shower head bent down over the tub. It seems like at this price, that problem would have been worked out.

VERY DIFFICULT TO INSTALL
HAD THIS FAUCET INSTALLED ABOUT 10 MONTS AGO, IT WAS THE SECOND ONE THE FIRST JUST COULD NOT GET INSTALLED DUE TO A MANUFACTER DEFECT, IT WAS REPLACED BUT IT ADDED 8 WEEKS TO THE PROJECT. WHEN THE SECOND CAME IN IT TOOK 2 MEN OVER AN 3 HOURS TO GET IT TO FIT PROPERLY. NOW 10 MONTHS LATER IT HAS A DRIP FROM THE HANDLE.

How do you remove the handle in order to reset the rotational limit stop. I am guessing it came with pre factory settings, and the water is barely warm.

There is a small set screw cover that you can remove with a thin flat head screwdriver or fingernail. Under this you will find the set screw, This will need to be removed with a 3/32" Allen wrench.

I have a T477-RBFL. Flow through the tub filler is great! Flow through the hand-held unit sprays EVERYWHERE; its useless without giving it your absolute full attention. Is there an in-line flow adjustment valve that can be installed on the hand held line?

The Delta 59421-BL-PK included with the Stryke T4777-BLFL is manufactured with a flow restrictor that allows 1.75 GPM at 80 PSI. If the pressure or flow is too high we recommend reducing the water flow coming through by adjusting the handle to close the valve gradually.

Are these self mixing valves? Or, do they need a temper valve ?

Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! The T4777-FL floor mount tub filler trim includes the RP73598 cartridge for mixing hot and cold water. This cartridge has a rotational limit stop, but it is not a pressure balanced cartridge. An RP46074 cartridge can be used instead as a pressure balanced option. How do I adjust the rotational limit stop? The video link posted in a previous question does not work.

To adjust the rotational limit stop on the Delta Faucet Stryke® Single Handle Floor Mount Tub Filler Trim In Chrome MODEL#: T4777-FL expose your valve cartridge and turn the limit stop counterclockwise to the desired setting. In some instances, setting the Rotational Limit Stop in the hottest position (full counterclockwise) could result in scald injury. It is necessary to adjust the Rotational Limit Stop so that the water coming out of the valve will not scald the user when the handle of the valve is rotated to the hot side.
