Nice kit
We got this when remodeling our bathroom. It was just what we needed for our tub. I love the features. The finish is very nice and it doesn’t get as water stained as the one we had before. The water pressure feels much stronger now as well.

Beautiful but terrible to install!
We purchased this faucet for a drop in style bathtub. The tub deck was a thick style installation meaning the tub deck was made of many materials including in order-framing/ 2x6, 3/4” plywood, 1/4” thick mortar, 1/2” tile backer board, 3/8”mortar, and finally tile. The rough slides through the 2x6, and plywood, and then is screwed to the plywood. If there is ever a issue with the manifold, the tub, and tile would have to be removed. This is a major design flaw in my eyes. I am a general contractor and licensed plumber, and have never spent so much time installing a tub deck faucet before. The instructions are terrible, and I would not recommend a handyman let alone homeowner to install this if their life depended on it. I wish anyone good luck if they are ever to install this entire faucet from rough in to finish. Everything about this products installation was a real challenge. It did look quite beautiful once everything was installed and worked amazingly, but definitely would never install it in my house.

What’s the difference between the three rough-ins you have for this tub trim? Which one do i need?
Thank you for your inquiry, Arabella! Any of the three Roman Tub Rough-In Valves R4707, R4707-PX or R4707-MF with the Delta Pivotal Roman Tub T4799 trim kit. The R4707 (no suffix) supply lines are designed for soldering to 1/2" copper. The R4707-PX uses PEX crimp ring type connections. The R4707-MF uses PEX cold expansion type connections.

Do I need to have a hot water/cold water mixer to meet the UPC? If not, where can I find the UPC label?
