How to clean the aerator on a wall mount zura sink faucet? Does this faucet have a flow restrictor?
The only way I have found to "clean" the aerator is by removing the faucet from the copper pipe (using allen wrench) and trying to back flush the faucet with the aerator remaining in place. If this sounds odd, IT IS! Every couple of months, the flow on the faucet becomes impeded and splashes all over the counter. I have found it impossible to remove the filter. The whole process is annoying. I was sold on the look of the faucet. Too bad!

I have these faucets installed in my primary bathroom sinks, the flow of water creates a lot of splash, wondering if there is a flow aerator to ease the concentration of water and reduce the splashing?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a lower flow aerator for this model. You may try closing the shut-off valves under the sink a bit to restrict the flow amount to the faucet to assist in this. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

How do you replace the aerator? I have found the part online but don’t see instructions on how to remove the old one.
