Do you make wall flanges to use with this faucet and valves?  The tile was cut with holes larger that the fixtures.

Can this spout be used with any single handle faucets instead of dual for a bath?

Hi wrcs, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T5756-LHP-WL. This trim kit would be installed with the R3500-WL rough-in for two handle faucets. The included RP100918 tub spout is not designed to fit a standard pipe nipple. The Dorval collection does include the RP100197 tub spout that fits a 1/2" threaded pipe and is included with single-handle tub faucet trims. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP100197.html Please contact us directly if you have any additional questions!
