Very low water flow - BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE. We upgraded our basic tub spout to what we thought was a beautiful and well-made upgrade. Boy were we wrong. The water flow is just awful... it's going to take forever to fill our bathtub. Our professional plumber looked for any type of workaround, but there is nothing he can do. Now seeing this is a common issue with no support from Delta either.

Low output
I had this installed after wanting an upgrade for the master bathroom. I had a 20yr old Delta construction grade model for an expensive upgrade. I have only a fraction of the pressure with this model, I timed it and only getting 3 gallons per minute? Delta sent me replacement cartridges, but that didn’t help. Now what do I do Delta?

Faucet with great water flow
This faucet has some reviews that said the water flow was not sufficient. I live in California and was worried but I was delighted it was 8 gallons a minute. Fills up just fine and it’s a nice faucet! Worth the money!

Looks Good But Too Slow
Let me start out by saying, I built a home using all Delta products. They all look and work great except this one (which is Also the most expensive one)

Water does not come out of faucet as fast as the description claimed it would. All of the hookups, tubing and fittings are appropriate per our plumbing contractor. Very pricey but it does look very nice

Regarding model T5779 / wall mount roman tub faucet. I would like to install the hot and cold handles in one location and the spout in another. I would also like to use this with a hand held shower. Is there a way to make this work? Creative Plumbing!

Thank you for your question. The Delta T5779 Wall Mount Tub Faucet would need to be installed with each handle on either side of the spout, with 8" centers. Unfortunately, there is not a way to add a hand shower assembly to this faucet. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

what is the amount of water pressure for this faucet, we currently have a Delta T5799-SSWL and it takes a while to get enough water to take a bath

How to change cartridge on the hot and cold levers
Hi Micky,
Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T5776-WL.
First, turn the handle base counterclockwise to replace an RP75838 or RP75786 cartridge. After removing the stem extender, handle flange, and mounting sleeve, unscrew the cartridge with a 19 mm hex socket wrench. See step-by-step maintenance instructions in the manual here:
