Rated 2 out of 5 by from Water Flow Bought this spout specifically because it was Delta, a known brand. Installation went well. Was disappointed to find the water sprays out the end of spout in all directions, I expected a much more controlled flow. This is the first spout I've ever seen that does this. Attached picture tries to capture the spraying but it needs to be seen in person. It was so unexpected that I removed the spout to look for obstructions or to determine if I did something wrong installing it. Nothing was wrong, it is simply due to the spout design. If this ever needs replacing in the future I'll be trying one of the off brands instead.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute Trash Why would you make a beautiful metal fixture like this but make the part that has to be the most durable out of thin plastic? I'm now sending back my second unit to Amazon after installing and having the plastic female plumbing inside split in half when threading onto the bathroom plumbing. The piece that breaks inside is only about 1/16" thick where from the threads inside to the outside of the pipe. This part should be METAL. It's like it's DESIGNED to break. It easily splits when threading onto the correct size pipe. The second one I made sure I only had one layer of ePTFE tape thinking the thickness of the tape was causing it to break. I actually had 1 of these that worked for years until the diverter spout broke - but now 2 replacements haven't made it through an install. So disappointed.

can the hose connector be rotated up instead of down?

Does this product comewith a nickel finish instead of chrome

My tub spout measures 6 3/4 inches from the wall to the end of the spout. I don't know how long the copper pipe is coming through the wall that the spout screws onto. Is your spout a "press fit" so I can cut the copper pipe off to the right length?

In addition to a 1/2" or 3/4" IPS threaded connection, the U1072-PK diverter tub spout can be installed with a slip-on fit to a 1/2" copper or PVC pipe. The distance the pipe extends from the wall should be between 1-15/16" and 2-15/16". Hi, just installed a new U1072-PK Tub Diverter Faucet purchased at Amazon which directs me to this site. The gray plastic adapter cracked when I was setting the chrome faucet.  Getting dribble bottom behind.  Can you ship replacement part?

I have a 4 inch 3/4 inch threaded pipe for the tub spout. Is this spout long enough or do I need the U1010?

Is the shower side connectiong screwed into the spout? I need to turn it about 45 degrees, hose will not fit, it hits the tub ledge.

can't get spout to tighten against wall and point down at same time. With hose on side any pulling will rotate the spout off center. Any suggestions to fix this problem? Now at 8 TFE wraps and no good results.

The spout should be screwed on until flush with the wall and facing downward. Apply a bead of tub tile caulk where the spout meets the wall.
