Perfect

does not tighten
I got this part from a plumbing supply house. It does not tighten. I took it back and they opened another, new one. It did not tighten. They said "I am sorry, call Delta". I called delta and they are sending me another but will not refund my money.

Subpar Finishes
The finishes are very thin. The escutcheon strips off the finish as you slide on the escutcheon. Be sure to slide it on from the back.

Looks great but falls
When we attached the shower head, the arm kept falling. We have tried to tighten and it will not tighten further. We have tested without the head and it keeps falling that way too. This is our second one from a different vendor to see if the first one was a bad batch. Both fall.

Hi there. I see this is discontinued which is unfortunate. I'm really after is that flange. It's flat and modern looking which looks much higher end with the flange that comes with Trinsic shower heads etc. How do I get this nice looking flange CZ finish?
