Q&A

Our Steamist HC-24 generator uses the aroma pump, which appears to operate correctly, and I can observe the oil move to the steam fitting. I have trimmed the end of the tube and re-inserted, but the aroma doesn't work (it used to work).

You may have an air bubble in the line. Press the Primer switch Down, so that the oil in the line goes back into the Canister. Once done, press the Up on the Primer switch and see if the oil will get back to the fitting. If not, please call our techsupport.

We are interested in purchasing the aromatherapy pump 5COM-SP-MU-50 for use with our commercial steam room generator. I am trying to locate our steam room generator model number, but it is between HC-30 and HC-48 with DCCP Control. Will this work?
