Why does the water splash everywhere when using the faucet? Is my unit missing an aerator or something?

This model features a stream straightener. However, if your faucet is splashing we recommend slightly closing the valves under the sink to limit the amount of water getting to the faucet.

I loved the look of your Albion faucets and purchased 3 of them. However puddles of water splash on all sides of the surrounding counter top after every use! This occurs even with a low water flow. What is Delta's solution for this problem?

how do I remove the filter on the faucet to clean it? the water is smelling pretty bad, and cleaning the filter usually helps. I do not see a way to remove this one

Is a 0.5 GPM aerated insert available for this model?

Unfortunately, we don't make a part to reduce the flow rate. For this faucet, the maximum flow rate is determined by the flow regulator located behind the cartridge.
