I purchased the product from Ferguson and I love as it matches my faucet.  When I fill my cup with hot water it splatters up.  Does It have a screen for the spout not to come out so fast

Can any of your instant hot water dispenser faucets be set up to dispense hot AND cold filtered water? If not, can a Y splitter be attached to the filtered water output to supply both the hot water tank and the cold water from the regular kitchen faucet?

Hi Norah, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 1960LF-H. Our hot water dispensers have one input for one water temperature. Our regular, hot and cold, kitchen faucets can use filtered water but should not be used for temperature outputs over 120 degrees. Please contact us directly if you have any additional questions! how do you stop drips on a 1960lf-h faucet

Hello, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 1960LF-H-RB. For a constant leak or drip, debris in the water line may be in the dispenser valve RP101116. Unscrew the spout end piece and clean out any debris. Depress or twist the hot water dispenser handle 7-10 times to flush the dispenser and lines. For an intermittent leak, the tank expansion chamber is not draining properly due to low water pressure, or the spout is blocked. Unplug the unit. If the dripping does not stop after a few minutes, check the supply valve to ensure that it is fully open, and there are no obstructions in the water line reducing the pressure below 15 psi. Does the Lumicoat Chrome finish on the kitchen faucets match the Chrome finish for the Insta Hot and Pot Filler?
