Leaks and Sprays
We have the exact same problem as Ds7232. It leaks from the top, and the water just sprays all over. We bought it in April, and it was installed about June. Within a few months we stopped using that shower. Where specifically should we request a warranty repair or replacement? Thanks

Leaks
I spent a lot of money switching to a rainhead shower and it’s been very disappointing. I have this section as part of a kit with shower bar and tub spout. The head leaks through the back/top panel creating a mess trying to keep it clean, weird drip spots. The bar also doesn’t come out far enough when part of a tub kit. You have to stand uncomfortably close to spouts/walls unless angle the head which defeats the purpose. Horrible design and quality, massive waste of money.

Fantastic shower head!!
This rain shower head is absolutely wonderful! Great flow, soothing but invigorating, and no residue is left on the shower head once the water is turned off. Highly recommend!!!

Like a rain shower ....
