How do you increase shower flow on this shower head?

The 59361-PK provides a max flow rate of 1.75 GPM @ 80 PSI, there is no way to increase the flow.

Can this handheld come in a 2.0 or 2.5 GPM? or anything greater than 1.75 GPM?

This sprays straight out horizontal. I need to be able to use it angled downwards, like a normal shower head. How do I do this?

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the 59361-SS-PK hand shower. We are happy to help! The angle would be changed by adjusting the hand shower mount.
A hand shower mount would typically be able to tilt downward with a ball connection for shower arm mounts or with a pivot for slide bar mounts.
Sometimes the mount can be difficult to move the first couple of times, but should loosen with use.
