I am trying to remove the towel holder from the wall in order to do some painting. I don't have a tool of the proper size/type to loosen the set screw, what do I need in order to loosen the set screw?

Thank you for your question, Chris747! The set screw can be loosened with a 8-32 x 7/16" cone point hex socket screw. The ring will then lift off of the mounting bracket. Please let us know if you have any further questions or need assistance. Best regards, Edward

Does the ring swing or is it stationary?

Is the color of your discontinued Talbott Venetian bronze? And which other model most closely match its color for accessories?

I have this towel ring in Champagne Bronze; in the course of a renovation, the mounting bracket/screws were misplaced. Can I buy just these mounting pieces in order to continue to use this towel ring?

I have the Greydon faucet in spotshield brushed nickel and I’m looking for accessories that will complement the shape. Thought this might work. Any recommendations?
