The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. I recently bought another one from Lowe's, but unfortunately two plastic pieces that connect the head to the shower arm cracked when hand tightening the head to the shower arm. After a week of no response to my email support request, I called DELTA and was informed that this isn't covered under the warranty nor is there a way to purchase replacement plastic pieces. What a waste

I received an e-mail within a short period of time requesting more information about my issue. I answered the e-mail a within hours a replacement product was on its way to me free of charge. Selector dial on right side of shower head is it possible to remove the dial from the shower head and reverse it to the left side of the head?

How does one get to use the pause feature while leathering. The adjustment knob has three stops and none of these provides the pause feature that the product claims to have.

Hello Chan, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta In2ition® 4-Setting Two-in-One Shower 75490 model. To access the Pause feature for this model, you will need to turn the dial on the rim of the spray face of the hand shower wand. This does not pause the water flow from the shower head. You would want to have the water diverted to the hand shower only feature before engaging the Pause feature, if you don't want water from the shower head. Best regards, Tanya

can this shower head be adjusted so that it sprays downward instead to the back of the tub? There seems to be a "ball joint" but it will not move.

I bought the brushed nickel showerhead from a Bath store near me about a year and a half ago. We don't use the bathroom much but I noticed it is slowly leaking. Any suggestions on what to do to stop the slow drip. I know you have warranties.

We recommend adding this to your current water control handle or installing with a new water control handle. I have two of the Delta In2ition Chrome 4-Spray Shower Head however I really need a longer hose so that I can wash my dog. Is there an extension available or a longer hose I can purchase?
