Great product!
You wouldn't think there is much to a toilet tissue holder, but there is!
Usually the roll of tisssue falls off the holder while using the tissue on most open-end holders. Not this model, the roll of tissue never falls off!

What do you mean it's not reversible?!?
We've built two bathrooms, each a mirror image of the other. But this thing isn't reversible, so it is "backwards" for one of the bathrooms. It's nice for the one bathroom where it points in the "correct" direction. Not so much for the other.
I guess I'd recommend it for 50% of bathrooms. Sheesh.

Cool tissue dispenser
Recent guests preferred the bathroom with Zura hardware (we also installed the Zura faucet.) Works fine; looks great. Toilet tissue manufacturers are making rolls narrower, but they still work on this.

Is it possible to mount it vertically to get around the reversibility issue?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 774500-BL Toilet Tissue Holder can be installed vertically. Wood blocking is preferable behind all wall surfaces. If wood blocking is not available, the following fasteners are suggested: Tile/Masonry-Plastic or lead Anchors Plaster/drywall-Toggle bolts.

Possible to Reverse the Arm?
I'd like to purchase two of the product to use them as facing hand towel rings. That would require a left and right model, however. So, can you tell me if the arm of this TP holder can be rotated so as to mount it facing in an opposite direction?

This tissue holder is loose and keeps tipping down. The screw is stripped. Any suggestions? Also, I have the single faucet bathroom faucet. How do I remove the screen to clean it?

If the set screw is stripped, the tissue holder may need to be replaced. The set screw is needed to secure the tissue holder to the mounting bracket.
Some models of Zura bathroom faucets have a flow regulator located in the hose connection below the sink that can be cleaned.

Hi I need to order a set screw and allan wrench (#3 in the installation guide) for my newly installed for my 774500-cz tissue holder. Can you tell me how to do this?

The set screw is not available separately, and our allen wrenches are usually standard 1/8" inch or 3/32" inch.

Can I get replacement parts for the Zura toilet paper holder?? It has been up for approx six months and it will not stay horizontal ?? It seemsthat the “ set screw” in the small section of the holder is stuck and we can not remove it to repair the unit??
