Can this product H591-BL be used in a shower wall, without a tub?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model H591BL.
This handle kit is used with the tub filler trim T5789 and the valve rough R3500-WL. It is not designed to be used with a shower faucet.

Does Model H591-PR contain a pair of levers or is it just one? I've seen the description written both ways on different sites.Thanks.
