1) Does this product come complete with the soap dispenser bottle? All I have is the hole cut for a soap dispenser. 2) Is this the only soap dispenser that is actual metal and not plastic?

I got the Lumi CBZ Rinaldi Kitchen faucet & soap dispenser. The faucet and soap disp are aligned perfectly; spout on soap dispenser is only ~2 1/4 inches long- only < 3/4 in extends over sink and I hit a coffee carafe/cup which broke. Needs 2 more inches!

The dispenser head does not seem to snap pn or anything - how does it attach?

My soap dispenser wiggles slightly when I use it. There were no instructions included on how to install, and I cannot find one online. I saw a response here included a link to one, but it was not for a soap dispenser.
