Thank you for the response to my review. Pricing may vary by location but Delta list price is$238. I install many shower valve and have been recommending Delta and Brizio. Very rarely do I have the valve to deep in the wall but when I do I don't expect to be battered by the manufacturer. Maybe I will go bank to Kohler. There extension kits are not as bad

Delta sucks. How could they price 4 screws and a piece of brass at $228. That is more that the trim. The rough was 1/4" off

Delta is Awful!!!
Same issue as other reviewer . I can’t review the product because I still don’t have it. So I will review the service. Horrible. Delta charges a premium yet it can’t even mange its inventory or handle providing a service that matches what your pay. I will be staying away from Delta and recommend others to do the same.

Does this extension kit needs to match my trim color? I bought a black t27967 and looking to see if this extension kit will go with it.

The Delta RP90543 extension kit does come in different finish colors because the extension trim nut would be visible. Unfortunately, this extension kit is not currently available in matte black. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What do I do if this kit does not provide enough extention? Do you make a longer extension kit? My tile contractor floated the wall very thick.

I installed a R22000-ws diverter rough in an existing shower. The rough body is 11/4"back from tile face. Using RP90543 extension kit to install trim but the screws to mount the back plate to the rough in body are too short.

The extension kit includes longer screws and extends the diverter handle. It does not make the mixing handle stick out further. This allows for one additional inch of wall thickness.

It appears I installed my R22000-WS Integrated Shower and Diverter Valve about 1/4-1/2" too deep for my Delta Faucet Ara 17 Series 6-Setting Integrated Diverter Valve Trim Kit (T27967-BL). Is this the correct extension kit, and will it be long enough?

R22000-WS was installed. The front of the rough in box is 1/2" from the wall surface. I installed the valve trim Model# T24889-SS-PR but needed to use longer screws to attach the backplate. Should I use the extension kit or would it stick out to much?
