Is the shower head a rain shower? We want a head that releases water at a higher pressure than a rain shower head. Is the angle of the shower head adjustable? Can we get a 90 degree wall mount instead of what looks like at 45 degree wall mount?

How do I remove the handle to adjust limit switch? There is no hex socket

The spec's say 'temperature only controlled with handle'. What controls on/off and volume?

The handle controls both volume and temperature. The temperature increases as the handle is turned. There is no independent control for the volume.

Does this shower head have a tilt feature so you can adjust the direction of the spray?

I have this installed in both of my bathrooms, can you please recommend if there are, extra parts as my wife and I are wanting to add the hand held shower wand and hose

Do you have a document that proves this is Water Sense certified? It says it on this web page but no where on the box. I bought it because it said it was Water Sense. My condo installs Water Sense products for free and I need to show them proof.
