Does the shower head-to-arm joint allow angle of head to be adjusted?

Should the faceplate be siliconed to the tile? It isn&rsquo;t completely secure.&nbsp;

hanks for the answer, my question is about if I change to this new showerhead(5 pattern), how would I be able to change the pattern setting, is there any knob on the showerhead itself.

The Delta Faucet UNIVERSAL SHOWERING H2Okinetic 5-Setting Angular Modern Raincan Shower Head MODEL# 52664 can be adjusted by swiveling on the metal ball connector. The five spray settings can be cycled through by pressing the button on the showerhead's face.
