Nice tub faucet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice looking set. We are using it in our kid's bathroom and it has held up well so far. You do have to buy a separate shower head, as it just comes with the pipe. We bought a wand that is on a flexible hose, and it is a perfect combination.

Pretty, but tub spout is plastic
Purchased in Chrome to match the sink faucets. Happy with everything until I opened the tub spout and found that it is plastic. All other fixtures are metal. Purchased for a kids bathroom with two boys. I'm afraid the plastic won't hold up. Disappointed in the inconsistent materials. Debating on returning.

What does it include?
Hi!
I'm an architect/interior designer for Kristian Bell Construction, a small residential design/build company.
My client wants to order the 1444938-I which is a Home Depot exclusive, however I can only find the shower head on their website.
I want to verify that the only way to get the tub spout and handle to match is to order the T14438-LHD.
I also want to verify that the T14438-LHD does come with the handle/lever trim and the tub spout.

Hi Hannah, Thank you for your question. The model 144938-I is a complete faucet that includes the rough in valve and In2ition showerhead. The RP51303 tub spout and
RP51304 handle assembly from the 144938-I are available to order as separate items. The T14438-LHD will include the matching trim minus the showerhead and without the rough in valve. Here is a link to the parts breakdown of the model 144938-I.

I assume that flow can be adjusted? The temperature is adjusted by rotating the lever, is the flow adjusted by lifting or lowering the lever?

Thank you for your question. The handle on model T14438-LHD will increase both the volume and temperature when turned counter clockwise. There is no separate adjustment.

What is the allowable holdback of this diverter?
Is this diverter supposed to stop all water from the tub spout and push all to shower head, or does Delta allow for some to exit the tub spout when diverter is engaged?
Thanks for your question, Jim. The tub spout diverter may allow up to a pencil thin stream of water through the spout while when using the shower.

T14438-SSLHD so the spout, can I install this with either C1-4 or is this limited to C3-C4 install steps?
Hi Double A! Thank you for your question! This tub spout will only sweat onto 1/2" C.W.T. or thread onto 1/2" IPS. It can't be installed by step C-1.
