Easy Install and Beautiful Features
I am so happy I installed the new Delta shower faucet. It is so nice and the features are top notch. The installer did an amazing job (that would be me) and the fit and finish works beautifully in the new master bath. The features are easy to use and functionality is perfection. I installed the Delta Faucets T27843-SS Trillian Two-Handle Monitor 17 Series Valve Trim with 3-Settings to my master shower. The installation was fairly simple. The finish is smooth and seems to stay clean even after multiple showers a day.

Modern and beautiful delta faucet
My partner finally got this installed, it took him about an hour, since he had to do some plumbing changes, but once that was done he got this on very quick, we love this, it is stainless steal and with suck modern look it has changed the look of our master shower, we also love it has two separate handles one for the pressure which is the bottom handle, we are able to adjust the water pressure, and top handle to adjust tempeture! Awesome features we are in love and are changing the guest bathrooms also to this same diverter. Definitely recommend it!

This delta shower diverted is great looking with an easy to use yet modern look. The stainless steel finish is really nice and easy to clean. The insulation was pretty seamless. It’s easy to control temperature and easy to switch the shower on when I need it.

High Tech Look!
I got it installed and this faucet looks amazing in my bathroom. It looks high tech and in style. I love that I can set the water temperature on it's own handle. I won't get scalded with hot water any more. The bottom handle lets me adjust how much water pressure I like when showering. This was easy to install if you have some knowledge of plumbing. It is a really nice high quality faucet that looks absolutely fabulous. I love the modern style. My old shower looks new and up to date again. I highly recommend this faucet to anyone who wants an up to date style and high quality.

This Delta Trillion 2 handle wall mount 6 function diverter trim kit is amazing! It's backed by Delta Faucet's lifetime limited warranty which is great! It has separate handles for volume and temperature control which is awesome! I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Hello....customer is experiencing low flow out of the cold side, do they need to replace the cartridge, and if so which one would that be
Hi Carol,
The correct cartridge is RP46463.
I have included the flushing instructions below this can resolve the issue also.
To flush the open valve without the cartridge, please follow the directions below.
1) Remove the handle by loosening the set screw on the side of the base of the handle. The set screw is either a 1/8" or 3/32" Allen screw. So you will need to use the appropriate size Allen wrench to loosen it. Loosen it just enough to be able to easily pull the handle off. * Note. If there is calcium build-up at the base of the handle, it may be necessary to soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Simply saturate the rag with the 50/50 solution, wrap it around the handle base and place a plastic bag over it. I would recommend do this the night before removing the handle.
2) After removing the handle, remove the trim sleeve.
3) Then you will need to remove the bonnet nut. The bonnet nut is the threaded ring at the valve opening. It unscrews counterclockwise. You will need a pipe wrench or a pair of channel locks.
4) After removing the bonnet nut, you will need to pull the cartridge straight out. You may need a small, skinny bladed screwdriver to wedge in between the lip of the cartridge and the valve to help start it out.
5) Once the cartridge is removed, you will have an open valve body.
6) Next, shut the shower door or curtain and turn the water on to the valve. Water should gush out, much like an open fire hydrant. Have someone observe if there is good water pressure coming out of the valve and let it flush for 30 seconds.
7) Re-install the cartridge and re-assemble in reverse of how it was disassembled. The Tub/Shower should then have a good flow. If it does not, the cartridge will need to be replaced.
