Good Quality But Box is Misleading
I bought the T27967-BL thinking that it was a thermostatic valve because on the box it says Tempassure 17T, which on all of Delta’s other products mean thermostatic. After opening it I found a 17 Series pressure balance cartridge. I looked it up online and everything for that part number shows that it is a pressure balance valve even though it reads Tempassure 17T. I contacted Delta to see why the box says that when it is not. All the responses I got from Delta just included links to the T27T967-BL trim kit that included the Thermostatic cartridge “if I wanted to buy another one” even though I already spent the money on this one.

I had the PN version installed, 6 way diverter. I am extremely disappointed that when 2 shower heads are on at th same time, the water pressure is reduced ! Plus only 2 heads, not all 3 of my shower heads can be on at the same time

I have a rain shower, regular shower head, and a free handheld all connected to the multchoice R22000 valve. Do I need 3 setting integrated diverter or 6 setting diverter Delta Faucet Ara 17 Series Dual-Function Shower Handle Valve Trim Kit?

With The 6 setting integrated diverter, I assume I can also use (connect) the handheld shower sprayer, a wall shower sprayer, and a ceiling rainshower?

Hello the top 6 setting knob can that be turned clockwise and also counterclockwise. In the installation diagram it shows 1st position straight up and then position 2 is the immediate counterclockwise to the left .So can I go from position 1 to position6?

What is the difference in a 6 setting diverter and a 3 setting diverter? What are the settings?

Thank you for your inquiry! A 3/6 Setting diverter unit is used when you have one or two extra showering features are being added to your tub/shower or shower faucet. Showering features such as body sprays, hand shower, shower heads, etc. The 3 function diverter unit would have 2 individual positions and 1 shared position. The 6 function diverter unit would have 3 individual positions and 3 shared positions. Please see page 8 of the below document for diverter positions.

Are there 2 different temp knobs? On the temp knob I bought the hot indicator is on the right and the cold is on the left. All the plumbing in my house hot is on the left and cold is on the right. So my question is are there 2 different temp indicators?

The Delta Monitor T27967-SS Integrated Valve and Diverter Trim Kit has one temperature knob to adjust temperature (right for cold, left for hot), one volume control handle (this handle also turns on the water flow), and the top handle is a diveter handle to divert water from one shower component to another.

I am looking to buy the 6 Setting T27967-SS trim + R22000-WS valve. The retailer's page says: "T27967-SS Trim kit only, must order MultiChoice® Universal Valve (R10000-LBX or R10000-UNBX) separately to complete the unit." Which Valve do I need to buy?

Can you run body spray/normal head and rain head at same time
Hello, I'm looking to have a rain head, body wond and a regular shower head in my new bath room. I want to be able to have regular head and body wand on at the same time. I also want to have regular head and rain head on at the same time. Is this possible with this unit?
