Hand shower wand drips
The shower system is attractive and functions well during a shower. However, the hand wand drips for many hours following a shower. Two weeks after installation I noticed yellow rust deposits on the shower floor and discovered that the wand was tarnished already and dripping rusty spots all day long. I began shaking water out of the wand after each shower, whether it was used or not, and it continues to drip water, now into a drip container, for many hours after the water has been turned off. I’m very disappointed with the product and do not recommend it.

Beautiful fixtures
Beautiful fixtures not really complete the shower. The size of the waterfall head is perfect, and the bar is long enough to keep the water away from the wall and plenty of room to stand underneath it. Will need to watch for water spots. The only issue seems to be that the water pressure is much lower than my previous showerhead, but I will check with the contractor to see if there’s anything that could be done about that.

This is an expensive item and the divert valve is not correct. It does not work.

Timless style
Classic and modern it is a beautiful, easy to use shower kit for my guest bath. Instructions are printed small, so the install team kept pulling out a magnifier.

Q&A
In your response to Carrie regarding the addition of a tub spout, you state that it would have to be added separately. Can you elaborate on how that can be done? The system as packaged for Lowes includes the R22000 series diverter valve rough.

Thank you for your question, please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing.
The R22000 / R22000WS will not work with a tub filler. These valves are designed to work only with multiple showerheads and hand showers and will not support the amount of flow needed for a tub spout.

Does Delta offer a MODERN trim hand held 90 that is either straight or facing to the left?
Is the material of the showerhead metal or plastic? Also, are the bases of the hot and cold water handles made of metal or plastic?

Am I able to purchase a new diverter (or other piece) so that I can operate both the shower head and hand-held at the same time?
