Beautiful but flow of hot water is super slow?!
I haven’t contacted the plumbers yet, but I can’t figure out why the hot water barely comes out when trying to fill the tub. Never had this trouble before. I tried to take a bath last night and it took forever just to get a few inches of water and it never filled up. Anything I should look for to troubleshoot?

Beautiful simplicity In champagne bronze finish
We purchased this faucet for its simplicity and finish. It was a bit fussy to install for our plumbers, but the end result was worth it. We are really enjoying the spray hose attachment to clean the tub after a long soak.

Purchased for the sprayer
I specifically purchased this set for the sprayer which I had intended to use to clean the tub after each use. This sprayer provides no water pressure at all which is very disappointing. Looks nice but not very functional. Very disappointed.

I’m sure these are good quality fixtures but this color is really a muted rose gold; it doesn’t mix well with other brass or brushed gold finishes.

How far should the hand spray pull out? Mine only comes out about 2".
Delta Trinsic Deck Mount Tub Filler with Hand Spray

Thank you for your question. The length that the hand shower pulls out will depend on how far from the spout the hand shower is installed. The leader hose and hand shower hose together will provide about 6 feet of reach from the spout. However, we have a longer leader hose available that will add an additional 5 feet, part number RP51099.

The lift rod has pulled out of the back and I am unable to use the hand shower. How do I fix this?

We do recommend to replace the diverter assembly, RP40668, along with a new lift rod assembly, RP74235SS. How far does the handheld shower wand hose extend?
Hi, Thank you for your question. While we do not offer a longer Roman Tub hand shower hose, we do have a longer leader hose available. The leader hose that comes with the rough-in valve is 2 feet, the RP51099 hose is 7 feet.
