Where is the Rotational Limit Stop on this model that can adjust the water temperature range? I cannot figure it out. Thank you.

Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet T4771-BLFL.
I have attached a link to show how to adjust the RLS on our Delta shower cartridges. This will provide the option of hotter water, also we recommend making sure the water heater temperature is set to 120 or lower.

Can the height be reduced

I have a filler that handle will not turn water on. The inside of handle black plastic insert is wallered out. Can you help? I have spent hours on researching to find a fix?
