Rated 4 out of 5 by from Leaky Once installed by our plumber this elbow piece/shower arm was leaking down the shower hose. Plumber indicated the leak was caused by an extremely thin washer that came with the pieces. He was able to correct the leak by using a thicker washer from his own tools.

I am short, barely 5" 1", and want to purchase a hand held shower head like In2ition but cant reach to get it down or put it back into holder. Will a shower arm help to lower the entire assembly for me?

Thank you for your question, Shirley! The shower arm U4993-PB is 6 inches long, however we do offer model RP40593PB which is 7" long and may help. I just purchased 2 delta shower heads #52664-SS. They did not come with the arm and flange. Where can I purchase the arm and flange that is shown in the picture and in the video of this shower head?

Does the product include a gasket for the flange?

I ordered this online and it did not come with any gaskets. Only included a metal flange, metal arm, and installation guide. Am I missing the gasket(s) or are they not included with this product
