If I order this reconditioned product and it arrives damaged--either in its internal workings or its finish, what is the process to return it for an undamaged faucet? How long will the exchange process take?

Recertified products are returned, unused items that include all parts, and have been inspected to meet our quality standards – no dents, scratches, or blemishes. The packaging may have stickers and minor flaws, or the product may be completely repackaged.
Replacing any defective parts or product would be covered by our warranty. Defective products can also be returned for a refund. See our return policy here:
