leak problem
This pot filler leaks. The first one installed had a slow drip leak out of the faucet which we replaced under warranty and had a new one installed. It has a leak at the top of first safety against the wall. won't let me upload photo. Love the look, hate that i have a paper towel between it to catch leaks.

Looks great but leaks
I purchased this pot filler in January 2018- while it looks beautiful in our new kitchen, it leaks. Even if both valves are shut off, water drips out every few minutes. Because of this I haven’t been using it. Perhaps I got a faulty product, but to have to pay a plumber to come back out makes this not worth the money. It’s too bad- I was really excited about this product.

Beautiful filler, but bad experience.
my husband and I were redoing our kitchen and a friend of ours recommended this product to us. We went to the showroom to see it in person,it was just as stylish as it is shown on the picture,so considering the price and brand we purchased it. Trusting that it would last us a lifetime. The problem is that the pot filler we received came with a leakage problem on the elbow connecting the two parts. So we called the company explaining our issue, and they only sent us two knobs, which had completely nothing to do with our problem. So unfortunately we are now left with a useless pot filler, which only serves as decoration. Don't get me wrong the product is good quality and very durable, but unfortunately we received a pot filler with malfunctions.

Looks great installation is a little tricky
I'm a licensed plumber for over 25 years. It's a very well made product but could be improved with a simple modification. When installing with a stone backsplash it's very difficult to drill the mounting holes for the 4 screws that hold the faucet in place. If the cover plate was larger and the screw holes were then further away from the center it would make it easier to mount.

Sleek design amazing power

Make sure you give enough space for installation of the filler arm onto the rough in if near a cabinet. Would recommend highly.

A great convenience for a great price

We have a long kitchen and not having to go all the way to the other end to fill pots is a nice connivence. Also use it to fill up the coffee maker which is nearby.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this pot filler in the Chrome finish to go in my kitchen. I was looking for a modern look and Delta had the best one. I actually have Grohe sink faucet in a Chrome finish and it matches just fine! It's ok to mix and match brands. The shipment came within a few days of placing the order and the package came in great shape; no scratches and well sealed. We are about to install this in another week or so. I recommend this style if you looking to get a nice modern look without breaking the bank!

Potfiller replaced by Delta

Looks well but needs better install instructions
The mount to the faucet must be mounted just behind the dry wall. It took 4" screws to reach the wood to fasten it to. The use of drywall mounts is TOTALLY useless. Other than that it is very easy to install.

Whats the difference between the stainless finish & the arctic stainless finish on your pot filler? I currently have brushed nickel fixtures & would like to get as close as possible to match the existing.

Thank you for your inquiry! Arctic Stainless is a brushed finish like Stainless Steel. Over the years, the color of stainless steel used on appliances and sinks has migrated from warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, to lighter tones where blue is more predominant. Arctic Stainless features cooler metallic tones, following a trend seen throughout the kitchen. Stainless Steel is has warmer tones, similar to brushed nickel.

Does this pot filler (1165LF-SS) require a valve body within the wall and, if so, what is the model number(s)?
Need to install pot filler in a new house still under construction. Does this pot filler need a valve body within the wall similar to tub/shower valve bodies? If there is one, does it come with it or does it need to be ordered separately? Also, what is the model# of the valve body?

I want to install this faucet so that when the faucet is folded up and against the wall it is the center of my wall.
In order to do this I need to know the dimension from end to end when folded flat and the measurement showing the center of where the faucet connects to the wall from each end of the folded flat faucet. (example, the center of the connection to the left end is X inches and the center of the connection to the right end is Y inches). Then I will be able to determine where to make my 1" rough in faucet supply. Thank you.

Thank you for your question. The aerator will line up with the center of the supply connection when the spout is folded. When folded, the center of the upper arm joint to the center of the supply will be 10.5", and the end of the handle extends past the center of the supply by 2.1".

How do I change out the handle and valve cartridge on the 1st valve? “Closest one to the water inlet.” Is there how to videos somewhere on this? There is nothing on YouTube.
I received a replacement cartridge and handle for my leaking pot filler 1165LF. Unfortunately no instructions are included. While searching for how to replace the cartridge I found conflicting and confusing instructions. It would be great if clear instructions and even a video link came with the parts. Step 1 is to unscrew the round cylinder handle piece from the circular handle piece attached to the the pot filler faucet (there are two handles, so this is for whichever cartridge behind the handle needs to be replaced). Then use a hex screw bit to unscrew and remove the circular handle piece. Now you can continue be removed the cartridge screw and the cartridge. Key thing to note from other posts I found regarding this is you cannot just pull handle off. It is screwed into the faucet arm which the above steps handle (no pun intended)
