Beautiful but, alignment is not good
I was very excited to install this in my dream kitchen that I spent years designing. We spared no expense in this kitchen and we really liked the delta contemporary line of fixtures. My issue is that when the pot filler is retracted the spout does not line up with the body. I know this is a "first world, rich person problem"... I get it... but for what this pot filler cost, I expected a better designed product with more symmetry.

Beautiful chrome!
I got this beautiful 24” chrome pot filler for my new construction build! It will be the perfect addition to my kitchen and help me fill pots quickly and without having to move large basins of water! Unfortunately, my build is behind and I was unable to get a photo. I will update as soon as we install it!

I LOVE IT! it’s exactly what I wanted.
This is what I’ve been dreaming of. I cook A LOT. It’s so functional, beautifully designed and really high quality. It’s also very easy to clean. I’m over the moon with it! I’ve always wanted a pot filler and now I have one and it’s beautiful!

Stylish Upgrade That’s Actually Practical
I finally splurged on the Delta 1165LF pot filler and I’m so glad I did. The design is sleek and modern, and it instantly gave my kitchen that “high-end” look I was hoping for. It feels really solid and well-built — not flimsy at all.
Functionally, it’s a game changer. The dual arms reach across my stove easily and fold back neatly against the wall when not in use. The water flow is strong, so filling a big stockpot takes no time at all. No more lugging heavy pots from the sink to the cooktop, which I really appreciate.
Installation was a bit of a project since the plumbing had to be set in the wall, but once it was in, everything has worked perfectly. The only thing I noticed was a little discoloration in the water the very first time I used it (which flushed right out), and it hasn’t happened since.
Overall, it’s beautiful, practical, and makes cooking so much easier. Yes, it’s a bit of an investment, but if you cook often with large pots, it’s absolutely worth

Love my wall pot filler.
I received my Delta Contemporary Wall Mount Pot Filler and it came with all the required attachments for easy installation. Instead of having to take your pot to the sink to fill you can do it right on the stove with its dual swing arm and its dual shut off valve. Simple on/off with a quarter turn and allows for easy folding against the wall so it’s not in the way when you cook. I love the chrome look. Add a bit of extra to put new kitchen. I didn’t get pictures after installing but it’s an easy one hole installation process and is highly recommended. I’m in love. The design looks a perfect for our home and convenience is a plus. No maintenance other than cleaning the pot filler and the spout.

How do I change out the handle and valve cartridge on the 1st valve? “Closest one to the water inlet.” Is there how to videos somewhere on this? There is nothing on YouTube.
I received a replacement cartridge and handle for my leaking pot filler 1165LF. Unfortunately no instructions are included. While searching for how to replace the cartridge I found conflicting and confusing instructions. It would be great if clear instructions and even a video link came with the parts. Step 1 is to unscrew the round cylinder handle piece from the circular handle piece attached to the the pot filler faucet (there are two handles, so this is for whichever cartridge behind the handle needs to be replaced). Then use a hex screw bit to unscrew and remove the circular handle piece. Now you can continue be removed the cartridge screw and the cartridge. Key thing to note from other posts I found regarding this is you cannot just pull handle off. It is screwed into the faucet arm which the above steps handle (no pun intended)

Cold or Hot Water Supply
the instructions say it must be cold water supply, but I have hot water running above the stove. Why is hot water not recommended?

When this is folded in what is the measurement from the wall to the front of the filler? We want to put it in a cabinet.

Thank you for your question. The Delta Wall Mount Pot Filler Faucet 1165LF, when folded up, it has a 1 1/2" measurement from the wall to the front of the widest part of the end where the water comes out. The measurement from the handle to the wall is 4 3/4".

The threads on the pipe I am connecting to my Delta 1165LF-SS pot fill are too far out from the wall. Is there a spacer that can be inserted between the wall and the pot filler

What are the height recommendations for the supply line?
I am installing 2 inches above my stock pot. Choose your tallest pot that you will fill and then put it at least 2 inches above that. If too high it may splash in your lowest pots (although I think the flow is too slow to be a problem). I can update after I am done and have used it for awhile.

Is this pot filler compatible with RO water filters?
I'm considering using this pot filler with my RO system to provide filtered water for both filing pots and using as drinking water. Is this product - or any other Delta pot fillers - compatible with an existing RO system? Thank you!

How far above gas burners does this have to be? Is this faucet heat sensitive?

We do not have a suggested installation height for the Delta 1165LF-BL pot filler. We recommend installing it so it is high enough to fill your largest pot. The faucet can be safely installed over a stove. We would not recommend directly heating the faucet as the metallic parts will retain heat.

Hello, I have a potfiller model 1165LF - I need to replace a faulty valve cartridge. How do I remove the handle? I was told to pull it off, but it seems like it’s very difficult to do so without breaking it ? Kindly provide instructions on removing it
After many hours of trying to remove the handle to replace the valve cartridge, we finally talked to customer support and Doug (EXTREMELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!), actually took the time to go find the product, assembled and disassembled it himself and gave us the solution!
The solution: Unscrew the “stem” (the skinny part you use to turn the handle) of the faucet handle. Inside the hole it leaves, there is a set screw which can be loosened with an allen wrench. With it loosened, the entire faucet handle easily slides off and exposes the valve cartridge. Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the screw in front of the valve cartridge and then use a deep well socket to remove the valve cartridge. Assemble in reverse order making sure to line up handles with valve in closed position before pushing handle into place.

The instructions say that the inlet is a 1/2" IPS connection. I've read conflicting info whether this is the same as a standard 1/2" NPT pipe nipple. Typically, IPS connections seal with gaskets, rather than thread sealant. Can you please clarify?
