Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk I bought this for my utility/laundry sink. I quickly uninstalled and returned it. This faucet is junk. The pull-out hose is so flimsy that it bends no matter what angle you try to turn the nozzle, causing the water to stop. The spray/stream selector is positioned right under your fingers as you grip the nozzle/faucet head, and is so touchy it constantly converts back to stream. It is also very difficult to control water temperature as the cold/hot controller is pretty loosey/goosey.

Q&A

How to clean the filter

Asked by: Cooper
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The aerator can be cleaned with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water and scrub the area with a soft toothbrush. You can also remove the aerator with the aerator wrench and brush it also! We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! How to clean sand trapped in kirkwood type faucet kitchen lo flow how do i open it up to clean  Exploded view

Asked by: Chris
Hi Chris, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 16700-SS-DST. For reduced flow, I recommend unscrewing the wand from the hose, cleaning the connection, and running water out of the hose for a minute to flush out trapped sediment in the faucet. Also, reattach the wand, unscrew the aerator from the wand, and run the water for a couple of minutes to flush the spray wand. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan

Asked by: Pamala
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help you! Our Delta faucets are made of several materials and may depend on which model you have. We can't provide that level of detail every time and specific amounts are considered proprietary (trade secret). But in general, the faucet may contain: Bronze Brass (36000, 260) (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings) Zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle) Stainless Steel (undercover plate, seat liner, set screw) Copper (tubing) PEX-C (puck and tubing) Silicone (gaskets) Synthetic rubber - EDPM, Santoprene (hoses) Vinyl (hoses) Nylon Plastics Our SS- Stainless steel is a PVD finish, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a process used to create a very durable, corrosion and tarnish-resistant finish. This process is commonly used for bathroom fixtures and entry hardware, which are exposed to frequent moisture and/or salt air. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Please contact us back with any further questions.
