Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use. Good value for the money. Nice qualty. My father was a master plumber. He worked in the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s. Delta was his favorite brand to sell and install back then.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Handle is IMPOSSIBLE to feel where water is OFF! Love every thing about this Delta Kitchen Faucet #16932-SD-DST, EXCEPT it has only one position where the water flow is stopped. After about seven months, we still turn it off to realize that it is still flowing from, say, the off position of medium hot or cold! The faucet handle MUST be at the NEUTRAL position to shut off, even if the handle is at the off position! Goodness, it’s frustrating; every other faucet handle is off when it’s down (at the hot or cold position)! Not this one! You can shut it to off, but you must look to tell if it’s off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult to shut off Looks nice Ours will continue to drip if the single top handle is not is the absolute perfect spot. I have to turn it off then adjust the handle every time. Actually quite annoying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the spray and faucet in one. Replaced original faucet purchased when built house.
Date published: 2026-01-04
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great setup We really like this faucet a lot. Our kitchen has a two hole sink and it was easy to install with just a screwdriver and a wrench. The stream option of the faucet is preferable to the spray in most instances, but the ability to switch back and forth is awesome. There’s no excessive noise and it’s held up durability wise for about two months so far. All good with me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stainless steel finish looks very nice. Nice looking faucet. Installation was much easier than my previous faucet. Very smooth operation.
Date published: 2025-12-13
Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Good Faucet, But the Wrong Instructions The faucet works smoothly and, once I gave up on following the instructions, was easy to install. It is a good product at a fair price and I would buy it again, but it had the worst documentation. The installation instructions included in the box were for a completely different faucet - a side handle rather than a top handle with a completely different method of mounting. Frustratingly, when I tried to find the instructions on the internet, every search of the 16932-SD-DST model number returned the same wrong instructions, even on third party web sites. If, like me, you have installed a few faucets, you won't have any trouble figuring out how it goes, even without instructions. If this is your first time though, open the box in the store and make sure the instructions included are for the actual product in the box..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish, durable, and great water pressure; an exc I recently installed the Delta Kessler Kitchen Faucet and I have been very pleased with it. The installation was simple and didn’t require any complicated tools. The water pressure is strong and consistent, which makes washing dishes and rinsing food much easier. The design is elegant and fits nicely with my kitchen, plus it’s easy to clean and doesn’t show water spots as much. It feels sturdy and well-made, so I expect it to last for many years. Overall, I am very satisfied with its performance and appearance.

I bought the Kessler 16932-SSSD-DST. Our sink is an old, cast iron farm sink. My plumber says I need a 6" base plate, not an 8" one. Can I buy a 6" plate for this?

Asked by: janmarie33
Hello janmarie33, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 16932-SSSD-DST Kessler™ Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet In Stainless. I apologize for any difficulty finding this information. We are happy to help! This faucet is designed for a single-hole installation or a three-hole installation with 8" centers with the included optional escutcheon. Unfortunately, we do not carry an escutcheon for a 6" three-hole installation. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes. My faucet has lost pressure. I removed the head from the hose and found clear plastic covering the intake screen.  This has happened twice in consecutive days.  Once I remove the clear plastic, I get volume back.

Asked by: Mike
Hi Mike, Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with plastic debris in the faucet. We are happy to help! With the head removed, I recommend flushing the faucet for a minute or two. Slowly open and close the handle in full mix. This should help clear debris from the faucet and supplies. If the issue remains, I recommend replacing the pullout hose and checking for issues with the supply valves. I have reached out by email for further assistance. Facet drips constantly, you have to reposition facet control perfectly in the middle to get it to stop. It can take 3 or 4 tries to get it just right. Is there a defect with this facet ?  Kessler model 16932-SSSD-DST.  Purchased from Lowe’s

Asked by: Dave
Hello Dave, Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! The leak you are describing is most likely the result of debris in your supply lines or faucet. Over time, common water debris will settle in the house supply lines. Anytime the water is shut off to a portion of the home, this debris can become dislodged and will move through the pipes to be caught by a faucet. Local construction or the changing of the seasons can also cause this. Flushing the supply lines through the unit should remedy this situation. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. If the issue does not improve, we would recommend replacing the valve assembly cartridge. Please reach out directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best regards, Bryan
