Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use. Good value for the money. Nice qualty. My father was a master plumber. He worked in the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s. Delta was his favorite brand to sell and install back then.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Handle is IMPOSSIBLE to feel where water is OFF! Love every thing about this Delta Kitchen Faucet #16932-SD-DST, EXCEPT it has only one position where the water flow is stopped. After about seven months, we still turn it off to realize that it is still flowing from, say, the off position of medium hot or cold! The faucet handle MUST be at the NEUTRAL position to shut off, even if the handle is at the off position! Goodness, it’s frustrating; every other faucet handle is off when it’s down (at the hot or cold position)! Not this one! You can shut it to off, but you must look to tell if it’s off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult to shut off Looks nice Ours will continue to drip if the single top handle is not is the absolute perfect spot. I have to turn it off then adjust the handle every time. Actually quite annoying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the spray and faucet in one. Replaced original faucet purchased when built house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great setup We really like this faucet a lot. Our kitchen has a two hole sink and it was easy to install with just a screwdriver and a wrench. The stream option of the faucet is preferable to the spray in most instances, but the ability to switch back and forth is awesome. There’s no excessive noise and it’s held up durability wise for about two months so far. All good with me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stainless steel finish looks very nice. Nice looking faucet. Installation was much easier than my previous faucet. Very smooth operation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Good Faucet, But the Wrong Instructions The faucet works smoothly and, once I gave up on following the instructions, was easy to install. It is a good product at a fair price and I would buy it again, but it had the worst documentation. The installation instructions included in the box were for a completely different faucet - a side handle rather than a top handle with a completely different method of mounting. Frustratingly, when I tried to find the instructions on the internet, every search of the 16932-SD-DST model number returned the same wrong instructions, even on third party web sites. If, like me, you have installed a few faucets, you won't have any trouble figuring out how it goes, even without instructions. If this is your first time though, open the box in the store and make sure the instructions included are for the actual product in the box..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish, durable, and great water pressure; an exc I recently installed the Delta Kessler Kitchen Faucet and I have been very pleased with it. The installation was simple and didn’t require any complicated tools. The water pressure is strong and consistent, which makes washing dishes and rinsing food much easier. The design is elegant and fits nicely with my kitchen, plus it’s easy to clean and doesn’t show water spots as much. It feels sturdy and well-made, so I expect it to last for many years. Overall, I am very satisfied with its performance and appearance.

I have hard water . Is the there a cartridge I need to replace ?. Low pressure

Asked by: Bob g
Hello! Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Our 16932-SD-DST uses the RP50587 cartridge. To verify the location of debris, please refer to the flushing instructions below! Please gather towels, a 5 GAL bucket, or a large bowl. 1. Unscrew the wand from the hose and check the inside of the wand for debris. With the wand removed, point the hose into the drain and turn the faucet on for 1 minute to flush the hose. *Please do not release the hose with the wand removed or it may retract into the faucet.* 2. Turn the handle to the off position, gather towels and place the bucket or large bowl under the sink, disconnect the hose assembly from the gray PEX tube. 3. Turn the water on and flush the PEX tube for 1 minute, turn the water off, and re-connect the hose. 4. Turn the water on and check for leaks. If you are still experiencing a low flow, the inlet tubing may need to be flushed. 1. Please shut off both hot AND cold water supplies. 2. Remove the COLD water line and point the line into the bucket. 3. Turn the HOT water on and allow the water to flow into the bucket for about a minute. 4. Turn the HOT water back off and install the cold water line correctly. 5. Remove the HOT water line and point the line into the bucket. 6. Turn the COLD water on and allow the water to flow into the bucket for about a minute. 7. Turn the COLD water back off and install the hot water line correctly. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Best Regards, Kyra Digital Communications Specialist
