Relatively easy to install. Hope it lasts as long as my last faucet (don't know what make) Delta says guaranteed for life - assume it means spare parts?? A buudy handyman says all the plumbers on the Eastern Shore are using Delta and it has a good reputation - reason I spent about $US 30 more

Very Good, But One Shortcoming
Overall, the unit was a good value, easy to install and works well with the following exception. The soap dispenser is unusable, because the bottle is too long to fit under the sink due to the location of our water heater. Delta does not have a shorter bottle or offer any work around solution. Had we known this was going to be a problem, we would have purchased a different unit.

Not assembled correctly from factory
I bought this faucet an hour ago and when I opened the box, the faucet handle was misaligned to the outlet and the cover under the handle was not screwed on. I don’t know what else is wrong, but I am returning it in the morning.

Nice looking but plastic
I would buy again but like the metal ones better, I also like the built n sprayer. I hope it lasts as long as the first one that I bought but it was not plastic the one that I replaced lasted 28 years.

Works very well.
This faucet replaced a two handle faucet with a vegetable sprayer that was leaking. This faucet seems to have a larger water stream. I like the longer hose it has.

This faucet is great!
I bought this because of the pull out feature. I love it! I like that the water spray can be changed from the stream to the wider spray. It has better water pressure than the previous faucet. It was very easy to install.

Great value, love the soap dispenser
The faucet looks nice, fit in perfectly after taking the old one out, and was fairly easy to install. Love the soap dispenser accessory - nice to not have to have the bottle sitting there. Only thing I could see changing is the shape of the faucet. The rounded design makes it awkward when pulling out as a sprayer and trying to aim. Overall, a good purchase.

This product works flawlessly.
I bought this product based on reputation of the company. As far as product is concerned, it was easy to install except I have to make hole bigger for mounting because I had another brand before. Other than that it was easy to operate. I liked one thing about the product that the spray button on nozzle is on back side which is so convenient. I definitely recommend this product and make. I was not happy with the earlier facuet as it was difficult to open the cartridge which was so much jammed which ultimately destroy the thread and tossed it in garbage.

I love this faucet so much, I'm so happy with it
we went through several faucets before we found this one and it has lasted much longer, held up better and looks much better than all the other ones we had. it is simple and classic, everything you need without the high cost of other faucets that just don't stand up to its quality. thank you delta ;-)

Product needs attention
For the price of this faucet, I really thought the quality would have been better. It looks great, but the button underneath to switch from full steam to sprayer, it really feels cheap! Also when I run my water half way open, it seems very loud when water is flowing through the faucet.

Faucet appears to work fine. Don't like that it is made of plastic. This makes it appear cheap and very unreliable Like the design and typically like Delta products but plastic....not sure! Will have to see how it holds up. Never had a faucet made out of plastic!.

Outstanding kitchen faucet
I bought this faucet several months ago and I just love it. The style is beautiful and I love the size. It's not so huge it takes over the kitchen but it's not tiny either. I'm a retired Realtor so I notice faucets in homes and can't believe homeowners buying cheap looking faucets. It really does make a difference how it looks in your home. I have done my research and I'm also impressed with Delta's Diamond Seal Technology. I'm sold on Delta from now on and as soon as this faucet comes back in stock, I will be buying another one.

Do you have to have the special tool to remove the aerator for cleaning?
Our faucet is working fine but we're sure the aerator is full of silt. Do we have to buy the special tool? Is there another way to remove the aerator to clean it? Thanks. MP

comparable model number with delta not kessler stamped on faucet?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 16932-SSSD-DST Faucet will not have 'Kessler' Stamped on the faucet. It will have 'Delta' stamped on there, which all of our current Delta Faucets have our Delta name stamped on the faucet, as well.

is there an extension available for my Kessler faucet? "i think" i would like a longer reach to keep from splashing water on the countertop. a 4" extension between the the faucet outlet and the wand would be my preference.

Unfortunately we do not offer extensions for our wand assemblies and any type of extender used on a pull-out model would only elevate the wand assembly further from the sink. The wand may have hard water buildup that needs to be cleaned and can be easily wiped away on the Touch-Clean spray holes. A 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water can be applied to this area or poured directly into the wand for stubborn deposits. We would also recommend turning down the supply valves slightly. Where would I use silicone? Your instructions don't show where to use it. We have the Kessler model. Not using soap dispenser or escutcheon plate
