Extremely disappointed!
After 23 years, my original delta faucet gave up the ghost. I went out to Lowe’s and purchased a Kessler faucet as a replacement. It fit the bill for me because I needed a lower level faucet. Most of the new faucets stand too high for the design I have in my kitchen. I was extremely disappointed in this product because there is absolutely no moderate transition from cold water to hot water. I tried use the adjustment feature, but it’s a very simplistic mechanical block. Not only did it limit the range of the faucet handle, but it did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Anyone who uses the faucet winds up, squealing, and pulling their hands away because the hot water startles them when they’re trying to put it to lukewarm. I am just so very disappointed. Delta used to be the standard and I can’t understand how a faucet that used to be the Bellweather for plumbing has put out a product that really just doesn’t work well. I’m off to get another faucet and I’m just not sure how I should approach this. In this day and age, it seems like everything is being re-engineered. Pleased, just go with the old adage that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Not Delta quality
I installed this less than two years ago. After about 10 months I had a leak. Called customer service and was sent a replacement cartridge. Now faucet is leaking again. Took it apart to replace the cartridge and the nut won’t come off and now it’s oblong and chewed up. I have been plumbing for 40 years and always loved and recommended Delta. This “Diamond Faucet” is below Delta’s past standards. I am disappointed and I would not recommend this faucet.

Our Kessler faucet drips while on. If you touch the transfer switch it stops. What can be done to fix it.
I have many Delta faucets and accessory in my house. Kitchen sink Faucet model # 16932-SSSD-DST has probem, The water force in the Faucet is very slow, I cleaned the filter, put a new Cartridge and still the water is coming slow at the Spout end.
Does this model swivel from the base, beside the pull-out? If not, can you recommend something similar to this style with soap dispenser. Thanks!
