Functional, Sturdy, and Gorgeous!
Beautiful, functional, and sturdy! I would absolutely buy this faucet again. I am in love with it! I bought mine from a supply house a few years ago now and am still love it as much as I did the first day I bought it.

Where's the Service?
I purchased this faucet through a reseller and after i installed noted there was an issue with the stability of the tower, and traced it to a broken plastic retainer in the neck. Reseller is providing repacement part, which I can install; however, it has now been 10 days and no part yet.
While waiting for the above part, I am using the faucet as it is installed, After several days of operation, and realized the wand assembly is clogged and water flow has fallen dramatically - there is a plastic wrench provided to allow dissassembly & cleaning of the wand, but I cannot make it work. i talked to both the reseller and Delta about this issue, and they have acknowledged the issue are are "looking at the problem" - meanwhile, another week has slipped by without any resolution....waiting, but getting impatient...

Are the internal materials on this recertified kitchen faucet metal/brass fittings (versus plastic fittings/interior)? I just want to make sure I'm purchasing the higher quality faucet rather than the lesser quality faucet from say Lowe's. Thank you!

What material is the faucet made from, and is the metal painted or anodized? Will the black color eventually chip away reveling a silver metal?

Matte black is durable a powder coated finish. The faucet is made of several materials which may include but are not limited to bronze, brass, zinc, stainless steel, copper, PEX-C, synthetic rubber, vinyl, nylon, and plastics.
