Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and Functional Love this faucet! The spring style gives my kitchen a modern, professional look and it feels really solid. The pull-down sprayer has great reach and strong water flow, making it super easy to clean big pots and pans. It’s tall, so make sure you have the space, but overall it looks fantastic and works exactly as I hoped.

Thought about putting a “shim” in front so it doesn’t pitch forward, but no clue what material I should make the shim out of!! Another thing (my fault, not the faucet) is that it does not go very wide. For as tall as it is, it should have a bit more reach… I should have read the specs for this (but maybe would not have bought it, so I decided to include in my review in case it helps anyone).

We are having an issu ewith the i "Pull-Down" kitchen faucet, MODEL18803-SP-DST. We are unable to "Pull Down" the faucet head beyond the existing position where it sits in the magnet. The hose does not pull down or retract.

Best way to clean the spring/hose?

Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. What pairs well with this for a bar sink? I don't see a spot shield finish on anything that pairs with it. Our plumber also doesn't want to warranty anything from exclusive retailer.

Is there any way to adjust the temperature mixer valve in this? Even on full hot it will only get warm. The mixer valves on our delta showers were extremely easy to adjust, and that fixed the problem for them. Hoping I can do the same for this faucet.

2nd REQUEST Re: 18803-SP-DST- Water flow low. Checked website 107157 Rev B. Can't remove aeretor. Wrench diameter 1" approx. Where get wrench? (Home Depot has none).
