Gorgeous facuet with clear and easy instructions
This faucet is so gorgeous. It came with everything I need to install it, and the instructions are so clear and easy to understand that I was CONFIDENT I would be able to install it myself. It came with all the hoses, the top and bottom plates, everything. And it says you don’t even need tools, you should be able to do it all by hand. Which I was thrilled about!
Unfortunately, whoever did the previous installation put some sort of lock on that faucet. I had a friend who is a plumber come look at it, and apparently it requires a specialty tool to remove. So I am currently stuck in a holding pattern until we can figure out how to get it off without destroying the entire sink. Ugh! So ready for my new faucet!!!

Great Kitchen Upgrade
We are in the middle of a kitchen refresh and this faucet has been an amazing upgrade to our kitchen. It looks really great and works fantastically. It is large and very sturdy. It was pretty easy to install. It has its own water supply lines so we had to make some slight alterations to our plumbing but it went smoothly. The pull down style sprayer is so great. I don’t think I could go back to another style.

more detailed guidance would be helpful
I recently installed this faucet in my kitchen, and I'm really impressed! The spring-design undocking spout is super convenient for cleaning, and the docking feature keeps the sprayer securely in place when not in use. The surface of the Stainless Steel is very beautiful, I really like it!
However, I did notice that the installation instructions could be a bit clearer, especially for those who aren't very handy. It took me a bit longer than expected to get everything set up perfectly. Besides, spring may be a bit too short.
Overall, it's a fantastic faucet that adds both style and functionality to my kitchen, but a bit more detailed guidance during installation would be helpful.

This is a great product. The brand is great. I have two of the same product in case it ever stops working . My wife loves how easy it is to attach and dettach. Would recommend water pressure is amazing.

Form Meets Function
I was gifted the Delta Ermelo Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet in Stainless Steel in exchange for my honest review.
I am in the process of updating my kitchen and am delighted by this attractive new faucet so far (sorry, no beauty shots mid-renovation). I really appreciate the single handle for easy adjustments without requiring full use of my hands in the midst of cooking prep. The extendable sprayer is an immense improvement on the old school separate sprayer I previously owned, and with two different spraying styles, I can seamlessly switch from gently rinsing fruit to full pressure cleaning with a simple twitch of the finger. Like all stainless steel appliances, fingerprints are an annoying reality on something that receives the most hands on action in the kitchen, but the Ermelo’s spring spout actually deters the majority. Overall, I’m enjoying this new addition and would definitely recommend the consistent Delta quality paired with a clever new design.

It's just perfect, I thought it would be smaller but it's really big which made me very excited because it won't cause me lower back pain, my old one was very low, So it will definitely work very well for me. it's very easy to install from what I saw in the instruction manual, no complications. the design is extremely luxurious, seeing it in person, and the material is of high quality, it will definitely last a lifetime!

I would highly recommend this faucet. Not only does it look incredible and matches up with just about any style of kitchen, but it is also functional as well. High quality faucet
Easy installation as long as you have threaded water pipes instead of crimped pex. Finish is high quality the flexibility is great. The magnet is very strong and reseats the faucet head nicely. The hose weight is not heavy enough. We had to add a secondary weight to get the hose to retract. Don't like the fixed weight. Would prefer a sliding weight. Like the tactile feedback with the spray changer. Stem is loose upon installation and had to be fiddled with after installation which is fairly uncomfortable. The coupler on inside of stem could be larger/longer to provide more structural integrity.
Wish the swing arm collar support could be adjusted vertically along the faucet stem.

Great faucet
I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. I have had this faucet installed for at least two weeks now and here’s what I think. I really like it. It makes me feel like I’m in a restaurant because of the bar and how tall it is. It does have a strong sprayer and good
water pressure. My last faucet was also a detachable sprayer but it was a lot lower and because of that it made using the sprayer on bigger objects difficult and annoying. We had to angle it in such a way that it was causing a lot of wear on the tubing on the inside of the sprayer and I’m positive it would have worn completely through soon. I like how tall it is just because it stays out-of-the-way and stays cleaner with my messy family. I had my friend coming install it and this is exactly the message he sent me when I asked him how he felt about it. “Easy installation. Feels a bit flimsy. Plastic connector collars seem like they will break/come apart easily. Looks cool though.
I would say having the sprayer extend kinda defeats the purpose of the springy part, but maybe it’ll prove useful. I didn’t use it enough to say yes or no there.”
For the most part this faucet is a beast, but I do agree with him. There were a few parts that are questionable and do look flimsy. My husband is the destroyer of all so if he’s able to destroy it I will update my review but so far so good. If I were in the market for a kitchen faucet, I would definitely buy this one. Out of all the places I’ve lived in all the faucets I’ve had I like this one the best

Gorgeous faucet
We installed it a few weeks ago, it was a straightforward installation. We choose this style because of its sleek and elegant design, and it is similar to the old faucet we had in the kitchen. Using the faucet for the last couple weeks has been great, our old faucet would get stuck changing the flow of water from a rainfall to a single stream, this one changes with the simple click of a switch. Our only concern is the lever to open and close the faucet it’s not as smooth and easy to open and close, you need to give it a slight tug. Regardless, it’s a beautiful high quality faucet.

Where can this product be purchased?
The sprayer keeps getting clogged and water pressure reduced as a result. None of the previous faucets I’ve had (this is number 3 for the sink where it is) ever had this problem. Any suggestions as to how I can get the sprayer not to clog?
