Delta Beverage Faucets are for cold water installation only and ideal for any reverse osmosis (RO), under the counter water filtration systems, or chillers but cannot be used with Instant Hot tanks. If installation does not require an air gap, the connection can simply be cut or coiled out of the way under the deck. It also exposes half inch opening in back of faucet that does not compliment the looks. Why not use low pressure check valve instead of air gap? Same function (prevents backflow), much quieter, and hidden application.

I have a 1930-AR-DST attached to a water filter. It works great and looks great. But to have the handle on the left which means that the unused air gap is in the front. Can I purchase a matching plug for the hole or a total use light indicator?

What is the cut out in the back of the faucet - it looks like there is a line with CL written below it.  When left open it makes a loud hissing, but when I put my finger over the cut out it quiets down like a normal R/O.  Is there supposed to be a plug?

Our cats have figured out how to turn on the RO faucet and when they rotate to spout outside of the confines of the sink, we have a flood. Is there a way to limit or fix the position of the faucet?

Can this be used for a RO system with only a single line? The product descriptions say you can coil the other lines. I want to make sure this 100% true for RO as it also lists this faucet can be used for filtered water systems, cold water tap, etc.

I just ordered the champagne bronze instant hot water faucet and the Trinsic touch 2.0 the champagne bronze colors are dramatically different is there a quality issue with my hot water faucet?  They dont match at all.

I have a 19933-CZSD-DST faucet and would like to pair it with the 1930-CZ-DST. However the images make it seem like the two have slightly different colours, though both are Champagne Bronze. The 1930 looks more yellow. Do these actually match?

If not using a reverse osmosis system, the drain and waste lines for the air gap can be coiled out of the way or cut. Is the water way all plastic? My reverse osmosis provider says that that ro water can not touch any metal and all waterways must be plastic.
